Meet the Doctors

Dr. Veera Gupta

Dr. Veera Gupta is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, functional medicine practitioner, speaker, and content creator in Manasquan, NJ. A graduate of Tulane University and Palmer College of Chiropractic, her passion is simple: helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain.

Her work has taken her far beyond the clinic. She has cared for athletes from high school competitors to Olympians and helped prepare three teams of veterans for demanding 2,800 mile ocean-rowing races — experiences built on resilience, teamwork, and trust in the human body.

Whether someone is preparing to cross an ocean, return to their sport, get back on the dance floor, or simply move through the day without pain, Dr. Veera looks beyond the symptom to help them get back to what matters most.

Outside the office, she’s a mom, passionate ballroom dancer, and educator who loves making complex health information easy to understand.

A Note from Dr. Veera

Dr. John Volpe

Dr. John Volpe is a chiropractor and graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, with a passion for helping people move better, recover from injury, and stay active throughout life.

His path to chiropractic began after a cliff-diving injury left him with debilitating low back pain and neurological symptoms for six months. Chiropractic care helped him recover and ultimately inspired him to become a chiropractor himself.

Movement has always been a major part of Dr. John’s life. He played collegiate rugby at the University of Wyoming, helping lead the team to the National Championship game, and later continued playing competitively in Australia. That same passion for performance and resilience has also led him to help train veteran rowers preparing for demanding ocean-crossing races.

Today, Dr. John brings those experiences into the clinic, combining his understanding of injury, athletic performance, and whole-body wellness to help patients get back to the activities they love.

Outside the office, he is a dad, lifelong athlete, and practices Tai Chi, reflecting his belief in balance, movement, and staying connected to the body.
